Private by design · Québec, Canada

One private place for your commercial life.

Accounts, purchases, warranties and the programs you belong to — kept on your device, encrypted with a master password we never see. helloACT tells you what you have, what protects it, and what may be missing — and it says how sure it is.

Seed release · controlled user test. Free while we learn with you.

The vault list in helloACT: eight accounts with category, status and two-factor method. The same vault on a phone.

Everything helloACT keeps for you.

AccountsEvery account you hold — logins, banks, utilities, subscriptions, memberships — filed under your own profile.
Passwords & credentialsPasswords, account numbers, two-factor method and recovery e-mail: masked by default, revealed only when you ask, encrypted with your master password. A payment card is kept by its last four digits only.
Purchases & warrantiesRecord a purchase and helloACT lays out its warranty, return window, identity and evidence — and names what is missing.
Loyalty & membershipsAn independent directory of 1,596 loyalty programs, memberships, gift cards and stored-value accounts, ordered for where you are. Sponsored placement is labelled and never mixed into results.
Account dependenciesWhich account recovers which. helloACT suggests the links it can see, you confirm them, and it warns you before you delete a record another one depends on.
Family — Managed ProfilesThe accounts you look after for someone else — a parent, a child — kept in their own profile inside your vault, counted separately, and convertible into a vault of their own when the time comes.
Sharing — Delegated AccessShare chosen records with someone you trust, capped at a sensitivity you choose. A grant is not a copy: revoke it and their copy goes on their next check.
Recovery & backupA recovery code you keep, and an encrypted backup file you can restore in any browser. Without the code or your master password the vault cannot be opened — by anyone, including us.
SyncOptional. Devices pair directly; the relay stores ciphertext it cannot read.

Keep control of what must be paid

Mortgages, loans, utilities, subscriptions, tuition, insurance and other obligations in one financial picture.

Financial Control is being built to separate what is due, what is protected, what can wait and where your next available dollar can have the most useful effect — starting from the records you already keep in your vault.

Obligations & expensesEvery commitment — from rent to a gym membership — with its terms, its cadence and whether it is essential or adjustable.
Income & cashflowWhat is expected, from whom, when and how reliably — salary, contract work, benefits, a scholarship — and what is committed, protected or truly available. Confirmed money and expected money are never mixed, and restricted money is kept for its purpose.
Repayment planningRequired payments first, then where the next dollar goes. Minimums, essentials and reserves are never spent to accelerate a debt.
Future provisionsKnown annual bills — property tax, tuition, insurance — turned into a monthly amount to set aside, so nothing already known arrives as a surprise.
ScenariosWhat if you pay more than the minimum, lose part of your income, cancel a subscription or receive a lump sum — computed on a copy, never on your real records.
ACT AssistA quiet watch over the whole picture: a bill that usually arrives now, a promotional rate about to end, an extra payment that would leave a provision short. It speaks when it has evidence, and says whether it states a fact, a reminder, a recommendation or a warning.

It will plan, explain, compare, prepare and warn. It will not move money, make payments, refinance or negotiate on your behalf.

Status: a first version is in the seed test release — your income, your bills and card minimums, the plan to your next pay, payday and bill check-ins, and a calendar file you can import. Screens will be added after the test. Everything else described here is still being built.

This is the build, not a mockup.

Items · helloACT 1.9.26.0

Every line says how sure it is

A manufacturer's published warranty term arrives with its source, the day it was fetched and the jurisdiction it belongs to — and is still marked LIKELY, because a term verified as published is not a term verified for your unit.

An Items card for a refrigerator: the manufacturer's published warranty term with its source and fetch date, marked LIKELY, above return window, identity and evidence rows.
Programs directory · helloACT 1.9.26.0

Ordered for where you are, never filtered

Local programs first, then global. The recommended lane is ranked from what you already hold, each tile says why it is there, and sponsored placement is labelled and kept apart.

The programs directory: a recommended lane ranked from what the vault already holds, and a clearly labelled sponsored placement block.
Account dependencies · helloACT 1.9.26.0

The accounts your other accounts depend on

helloACT proposes a link and waits. A suggestion stays a suggestion until you confirm it, and before you delete a record that others recover through, it says so first.

The account dependency screen: one confirmed recovery hub and seven suggested links, each with Confirm and Dismiss.
Record editor · helloACT 1.9.26.0

Credentials, masked by default

Passwords, account numbers and recovery details stay hidden until you reveal them. A payment card number is refused; only the last four digits are kept.

The record editor: username, masked password with a reveal control, two-factor method and masked recovery e-mail.
Managed Profiles · helloACT 1.9.26.0

The people you look after, kept apart

A Managed Profile holds someone else's accounts inside your vault without mixing them into yours — and can be handed over as a vault of their own.

The Managed Profiles screen: two profiles with their own entry counts and controls to open, rename, convert or delete.
Delegated Access · helloACT 1.9.26.0

Sharing that you can take back

A grant carries a projection of the records you chose, capped at the sensitivity you set. Revoking it removes the recipient's copy on their next check.

The Delegated Access screen: granted and received tabs, with a note that sharing is a grant capped at a sensitivity you choose.

It says how sure it is.

Every line on an Items card carries one of four states. A manufacturer's published warranty term is shown with its source and the day it was fetched — and still marked LIKELY, because a term verified as published is not the same as a term verified for your unit.

What is true about your data.

Encrypted on your deviceYour vault is encrypted in your browser with a key derived from your master password (Argon2id). We do not hold the password or the key.
Nothing to read on our sideIf you turn on sync, the server stores ciphertext and device identifiers. Its access log keeps a method, a path, a status and a duration — never a body.
Your backup, your fileExport an encrypted backup any time and restore it on another browser. The file is unreadable without your master password.
What we do not claimNo independent security audit has been completed yet; one is being arranged before the external beta. We will publish its findings.

Free during the controlled test.

helloACT is free while we learn with a small group of real users. Nothing in the seed release is behind a paywall — managed profiles and delegated access included. A paid tier is planned for later; its scope is not decided, and its founding-member terms will be announced in the app first.

Why helloACT exists.

Most of what you own, subscribe to or belong to is scattered across inboxes, drawers and other people's servers. The proof that matters — a receipt, a serial number, a warranty term, a recovery method — is rarely where you need it when you need it.

Private vault boundary

Your accounts, purchases, balances and relationships between them stay on your device. They are not sold, profiled or mined.

Verified means sourced

A reference fact carries its source, its retrieval date and its verification state. Confidence and verification are different things, and the product keeps them different.

No manufactured urgency

helloACT names a gap only when the evidence supports it. Severity and timing are separate.

Disclosed commerce

If a placement is paid, it says so, and it never changes what the product tells you.

Start with what you already have.

Create a vault in a minute. Add three accounts, one purchase, one program. Export a backup. That is the whole first session.
